ElkWood Studio

Elkwood Studio is a Vancouver Island woodworking studio creating handcrafted hardwood pieces enhanced with epoxy resin. I work primarily with walnut, maple, and reclaimed wood to produce live-edge tables, charcuterie boards, herb strippers, and functional home goods. I use resin to stabilize natural cracks and voids, create river inlays, and apply clear or pigmented finishes that enhance grain depth while ensuring durability. My focus is precision pours, structural integrity, and heirloom-quality craftsmanship — each piece individually built, never mass produced.
